Could someone explain this to me please? Generic pet stop button, no AAs. If I click stop, and then go attack something, my pet still rushes in to help. As far as I can see, the pet stop button is like pet guard, but without a position to return to. Is there more to it than that? It seems to add nothing? I did see something about mage pet ooc regen in stop. But my mage pet attacks and charges even when using /pet stop, so again, nothing more that /pet guard + ooc regen?
What you are looking for is /pet hold which is part of the AA line Companion Discipline line. Pet Stop can sorta act as a rough pet hold, especially when /pet hold isn't in game yet (on a TLP).
