If you camp in the guild hall, neighbourhood community centre, your house or guild lobby allow you to schedule an offline mgb at a specific time or every day at a specific time providing you are camped there at that time. Have a board that people could click on to get the location of the next scheduled mgb they want. A countdown timer would tell them when they had to be there to get the buff or buffs.. I would also like to be able to buff my designated visitors when I am camped there and they click on my house, come to visit, maybe so many aa per designated buffee with a max number you can designate so it is just friends and not a commercial operation.
