had a weird bug GUILD bank was empty to my char only

    I logged in as a Personal
    Did overseer
    Changed to my normal char
    went to do banking
    not zone yet
    the GUILD bank was empty to my normal char
    200 slots empty - 40 slots empty
    but others saw items in the guild bank.
    Camped and came back now see the items
    I can see items now.

    Happens every now and then for me over the years. It's a bug obviously, but I'm not sure I could give any rhyme or reason for it occurring.

    Reloading the UI (which changing persona does) dumps cached information, camp or zone to recache.
