Current functionality of the forums is that the "page links" don't appear unless you mouse over the thread. I've found this behavior inconsistent. Sometimes mousing over the thread won't pop the links. This happens much more often if I'm not logged into the forums. Anyone else having this issue? Tried the usual browser fixes, but I'm seeing it on multiple computers. Currently using Chrome Version 47.0.2526.111 m. Have not really looked at it with other browsers.
