So, to me, this is the same question as "is it a graphical element?" No, if you were a character in game you would not be able to see this. So, it's not a ground spawn, or a rock, a cloud, a spell effect, etc...
Is it an action? Such as sitting or walking or waving Edit... Th we are all viewable actions to I would assume no lol
No No -- but I want to clarify -- someone asked if it a graphical element in the game and I wouldn't call something like where it says 'STR' on your paper doll a graphical element in the game OR part of the UI even though it is graphically visible within the UI. Someone also asked if it had to do with PCs and I consider STR as relating to a PC, so it's not STR in your paper doll in the UI. No Torn on how to respond to this, but to your point, it's not an action such as this.
