Have you been able to log in yet? More info about your system, dxdiag (Window Key + R, type in dxdiag. Allow it to fully load then save file) and post the top section of the dxdiag, from the beginning to just past the sound card info. Downland/install directx 9c. 10/11 are not backward compat. Systems come with a base version, just like XP but the game will not run without the newest modules (June 2010ish).
