Fixed Did not Receive Heroic 100 Char when purchased.

I bought a 100 Heroic char and have not received it, Firiona Vie Server. A ticket has been filed.

Can you send me a PM with the name of a character on the account you purchased it on so I can take a look?

Same here on Bristlebane. Petitioned filed and I will PM you in a minute or so.

It is resolved for me now. I had logged all the way out and didn't see it. Did all that again and it showed up. All is well now. Do note that when you look at the available heroics the level 85 one will show up on top. Scrolling down in that window does show the level 100 heroics.

I tried to claim one on Luclin, dumped me to the desktop

Never mind, I just clicked upgrade and it tried to do a level 85 character to level 85 again. I did it from character select and used to the drop down menu and it worked.

Apparently the inventory window I use doesn't have the drop down yet.

Yea, custom UIs will need to be updated to add the dropdown of level options.
