DB points won't download

    This is the day and past the time for my 500 DB points to become available. The click button is active but when I click it I get a window offering play time and adventurer perks. The DB points don't arrive. I'm on EST, not sure the 11am time is based on pacific time. Thoughts?

    fwiw, the eligibility is set at login. If you logged in earlier it wouldn't flag you on entry. It is not a persistent update situation. Upon the correct time stamp, log out and back in to reflag eligibility to your account and relay that to serverside properly.

    Log all the way out and log back in via the patcher. If it's still not there, then contact support.
