How are new players getting anything more free than what you are getting. You actually got more since you got a head start for 1 year over the new player or even more if they lack more expansions. You are buying into the value of newer content. New players get up to RoF, if they want more than that, they have to pay $20 now upto TDS or $40 for every expansion including new one that is coming out.

You got to enjoy a 12 months of new content for $40 vs a new player who might buy TDS enjoying only 2 months of content then having to decide if they want to spend another $40 for the new expansion too, so they could end up spending $60.

Seems like you got the better deal in terms of value of content. Which is why I said its dumb to be paying $20 for TDS at this point in the product cycle.

Basically you are missing the intrinsic value of buying the expansion early on, you cannot just look at the market value alone. This is why most video games are discounted heavily after the first 3-6 months cause people don't see the intrinsic value in buying something older.

While DGC did discount the expansion down to $20, you have to question how much intrinsic value you are getting after 10 months of the expansion being out. Very little is my opinion.
