When someone is just starting a new character and they use the default human skin and select the visor from the character creator, there is a tiny piece that glitches through the glowing section of the visor. It's in the middle of the visor on the lower side and the only thing on the character in that spot is the brow, which is a bit furrowed. At first, I thought it was a speck on my screen, but that dark spot moved.
