Anyone have an issue with the Launcher not launching properly with only a big black box in its place? I removed the game and try to download again .....still the lancher go black after 5 seconds. Please Help !!!! i just paid for membership for a year .....play for 1 month got black screen

well....from what i did ..since that night i can't play the game. But the day after, i can log it the game normally..NO PROBLEM AT ALL.... But again !!! today same problem i cant log in ......just opening the Launcher ==>> LANCHER TURNS TO BLACK BOX AGAIN.. Please help
Okay, normally if the launcher bugs out like that you can repair it by running the setup and telling it to repair your install. The setup util can be found here: https://launch.soe.com/installer/DCUO_setup.exe If you run that and tell it to repair your existing install it should fix the launcher files so that you stop seeing a black box.
Okay there are two other general fixes for this one. One is deleting LaunchPad-user.ini which is in your DCUO folder. The other is checking your flash install. The launcher uses flash and what is essentially an Internet Explorer, so open up Internet Explorer and make sure you have flash installed and enabled. You can check/update that here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
UPDATE: I reinstall my windows everything .. DOWNLOAD THE LATEST FLASH, DIRECT X,FRAMEWORK 4, and C++ Still NOTHING CHANGE First when am click open http://postimg.org/image/k2u1nxrkf/ Secondly ....lolz SAME THING SHOWED UP !!! ALL BLACK !!! http://postimg.org/image/t354f1azt/
One thing .....is it about my internet connection ......configuration .....just asking ... I read some forum ..they mentioned about internet configuration .. BUT yesterday i can play normally >> No PROBLEM AT ALL!!!! i did not change any configuration .... The way that you mentioned deleting LaunchPad-user.ini which is in your DCUO folder. I did deleted it. BUT as a result it showed the samething .......HELP!!

NOW i can play the game ... The thing is. all i have to do is wait for re boot server ...then i can log in normally..
