    Combat Rating / Item Level! These are two statistics that have existed under the hood that we are now making public! Each item has an “Item Level” that roughly indicates the power of the item. When worn together, your “Combat Rating” is a measure of your total effectiveness in combat and is based on the weighted average of the best equipment you own per slot. This means your Combat Rating improves as you earn better gear. Players can find their Combat Rating under the Stats section in their Inventory. The tougher Hard Mode Alerts will now have a minimum Combat Rating that must be met before you can queue for them.
    New Raid! Defeat Zod to regain control of the Sunstone Crystal Matrix! Queue for the Fortress of Solitude: Sunstone Matrix under the Raids section in your On Duty menu. Combat Rating: 53

    General:
    • The Society has managed to steal the plans for the new stations being installed in the JLA Watchtower. They've begun assembling them in each wing of the Hall of Doom but its function remains classified. Both organizations have begun installing additional stations in some of the city safehouses, but remain tightlipped about their objectives.
    • Attacks made by Tier 3 enemies, such as those found in the Fortress of Solitude, now ignore 25% of base defense.
    • Defense values for Tier 3 armor have been raised.
    • Removed the erroneous stats from the Gray quality item, Advanced Telescoping Baton
    • Minor Matchmaking Updates:
    o Players are now notified of their assigned group role.
    o A new category section has been added for Tier 2 Duos.
    • The player will now be messaged when trying to phase into the phase they are currently in.
    • Ignore now works properly with shout, say, trade, versus, league, tell and group chat.
    • Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause NPC’s to not drop loot when they were dealt massive amounts of damage and/or knocked out with one hit.
    • Mail sent by the Broker to inform you of an item’s sale will no longer have Cash attached. The funds should now be automatically placed into your Cash instead.
    • Mail with attachments can no longer be deleted if you have a full inventory.
    • Running the game in windowed mode should no longer cause the cursor to travel outside of the window incorrectly.


    Movement Modes:
    Acrobat:
    • Launching Roll should now play effects more consistently.
    • Updated UI descriptions for Grapple Line and Glide Line to better describe how to perform the ability.

    Flight:
    • Fliers should be able to turn correctly after using the Phase Shifter.
    • Fliers should no longer slide while animating for the Air Burst and Low Pressure abilities.
    Super Speed:
    • Speedsters should no longer slide while animating for the Speed Drain ability.


    Powers:
    Fire:
    • Abilities no longer apply an additional 25% bonus health buff. This affects: Absorb Heat, Backdraft, Burning Determination, Wild Fire, Consume Objects, and Stoke Flames.
    • In addition to increasing their maximum Health by 60% when using super powers, Fire Tanks now gain additional Health based on their Dominance score. The increase is slightly more than 2 additional Health for every point of Dominance.
    • Healing caused by Fire abilities now scale with Dominance combined with Restoration. This affects: Absorb Heat, Backdraft, Burning Determination, Wildfire, Burnout, Consume Objects, Fiery Weapon, Stoke Flames, Eternal Flame and Reignition.

    Gadgets:
    • Turrets that use cryogenic rounds will play effects more consistently.
    • The damage prevention effect of Hide now scales and prevents damage equal to about 50% of your Restoration score and 100% of your Dominance combined. The cooldown has been decreased to 20 seconds. Non-stealth game effects can now persist after the stealth effects have ended.
    • The damage prevention effect of Neural Neutralizer now scales and prevents damage equal to about 50% of your Restoration score and 100% of your Dominance combined. The shield now persists for five seconds.
    • The healing caused by Anesthetic now scales with Dominance combined with Restoration. The cost has been decreased to 35% supercharge.



    Ice:

    • ·Winter Ward no longer applies an additional Defense buff.
    • Winter ward, Bitter Winds and Shatter Restraints again provide a damage prevention effect regardless of role. The damage prevention scales and prevents additional damage roughly equal to 13.5% of your Restoration score combined with 100% of your Dominance.
    • In the DPS role, the maximum damage Reflection prevents is equal to 50% of your Restoration and 100% of your Dominance combined.
    • The amount healed by Hibernation now scales with your Dominance combined with Restoration.
    • Ice Elemental healing now scales with Dominance combined with Restoration. It now prevents additional damage equal to your Dominance combined with Restoration.

    Iconic:
    • Sonic Cry will now properly apply a stun to an enemy when used.
    • The damage prevention effect of Hard Light Shield now scales and prevents damage equal to your Restoration and Dominance score combined.

    Light:
    • Healing caused by Restore and Triage now scales with Dominance combined with Restoration. The cooldown on Triage has been reduced to 60 seconds.
    • The damage prevention effect of Light Barrier now scales and prevents damage equal to 50% of your Restoration and 100% Dominance score combined.
    • The damage prevention effect of Group Shielding now scales and prevents additional damage equal to your Restoration and Dominance score combined.
    • Using a combination from a tray power no longer turns off hard lock on the target.

    Mental:
    • The damage prevention effect of Grandeur and Reflect Pain now scales and prevents damage equal to 13.5% of your Restoration score and 100% of your Dominance combined.
    • The damage prevention effect of Telekinetic Shield now scales and prevents damage equal to 50% of your Restoration score and 100% of your Dominance combined.
    • The damage prevention effect of Bastion now scales and prevents additional damage equal to your Restoration and Dominance scores combined.
    • The damage prevention effect of Psychic Shield now scales and prevents damage equal to 125% of both your Dominance and Restoration combined.

    Nature:
    • Nature: Primal Wolf Form: The Slam attack is now vulnerable to block as intended.
    • Nature: Swarm Shield now scales the maximum damage it may prevent based upon your Restoration score. It prevents damage equal to 60% of your Restoration while in the Damage role and 125% of your Restoration in the Healer role.

    Sorcery:
    • Sorcery: Boon of Souls now scales the maximum damage it may prevent based upon your Restoration score. It prevents damage equal to 60% of your Restoration while in the Damage role and 125% of your Restoration in the Healer role.

    Missions:

    • Players at level 30 will no longer receive quests for which they are unable to Queue, instead these quests will be granted once the player has reached the required Combat Rating to enter.
    • Smallville, Arkham Island, and Stryker’s Island will be granted at a combat rating of 34.
    • The Batcaves, League of Assassin Stronghold, Kahndaq, and the “Fight for the Light” DLC will be granted at a combat rating of 43. The Fortress of Solitude Raids will be granted at a combat rating of 53.
    • Riddler: The First Clue: players no longer need to have the quest active in order to interact with the Riddler box.
    • Party Foul (Hero): Joker Bombs should no longer double-spawn in the Hotel.


    Weapons:


    Dual Wield:
    Equalized the stun range and damage range of Stunning Swipe to that of equivalent powers.
    Increased the duration of vulnerability to interrupt effects after using a Range Tap Block Breaker to bring these in line with other Block Breaker attacks.

    Two Handed:
    Increased the duration of vulnerability to interrupt effects after using a Range Tap Block Breaker to bring these in line with other Block Breaker attacks.

    Alerts:


    HIVE:

    • Fixed an issue where Queen Bee would become mute.

    Duos:


    Ferris Aircraft
    Ambush Bug has stumbled his way into the Ferris Aircraft Duo in Coast City.

    Raids:


    Fortress of Solitude: Power Core

    • Avatar of Meta: Brainiac's Tentacles will now interrupt anyone who attempts to overload the power cores while Brainiac is draining the Fortress of its power.
    • Jor-El Fight: Jor-El will no longer succumb to the rigors of battle and stand idly by as his opponents beat him to a pulp.
    • Prime Assassin's Affliction bonus is now accurate. Failing to destroy all Affliction Shards in time will cause him to gain this bonus.
    • Prime Assassin's Restoration bonus is now accurate. Failing to destroy all Restoration Shards in time will cause him to gain this bonus.


    Audio:

    • Dual Pistols: Attacks should now play appropriate audio hit effects.

    Feats:

    • The Explore Little Bohemia Feat now correctly lists MPD's 3rd Precinct as a location to visit.
    • The Speed Run feats for League of Assassin's Stronghold and Oolong Island (Hard) have been moved to the proper Category in the Feats UI.
    • The speed feat for the Smallville Alert will no longer update on zone in.

    UI:

    • The Blades of the Dragon should now show on your character and in the primary weapon style tab.
    • Item level will now be displayed in the UI.
    • Combat Rating will now display on the Character Stats UI.
    • The Broker inventory now scrolls when needed.
    • Fixed case sensitivity issues with /friend of mixed case.
    • Fixed case sensitivity issues with /ignore of mixed case.
    • Fixed a functionality issue with the Radial Menu while using a controller.
    • New Chat Tab edit settings dialog now scrolls properly.
    • Group Info panel now displays your assigned role in instances. If you are assigned a wildcard role, the icon will now display. This is shown directly below the icon indicating your current stance.
    • Fixed an issue with the group invite window not closing properly if a player received the invite while in a quick menu.
    • You are no longer able to attempt to create a League if you are not in a group.
    • Removed less-than-necessary page dots at the bottom of the Marketplace item list.
    • Fixed a crash specific to the UI (frequent on PC).
    • Feats with required counts now display progress when expanded.


    Marketplace:

    • Marketplace performance improvements.
    • The preview screen now displays the same purchase availability as the category screen.
    • Fixed a minor clipping issue with the Cosmic Angelic Chest for the Brute Male body character type.
    • Fixed a minor visual issue with the Sequined Urban & Sequined Biker Gloves on Male characters.


    Visual:

    • Gadgets: Asphyxiation Gas will now play effects when used.
    • Improved the Watchtower Magic wing cool cam event.
    • Claws, Boxing, Telekinesis, and Psychic Blades will now play the appropriate color effects.
    • The Booster Gold Exploration kiosk in Shen Li Po gardens is no longer floating.
    • Little Bohemia Metrodome: Players should no longer find any floating Exobyte canisters.
    • Fixed various environmental visual bugs in Metropolis and Gotham City.
    • Mail received while the Mail UI is open should no longer appear incorrectly.
    • Fixed a minor visual issue with the Angelic shirt for small female body character types.
    • Toned down the emissive intensity of all glowing gear items so it would not visually distort in some environments.

    PVP:


    General:

    • Players should no longer show as flagged PVE when in a PVP arena. This bug was causing players to turn “purple” to their enemies and it would make them untargetable and seem invulnerable in PVP Arenas.
    • PvP trinkets should now remove Healer and Tank counter-role de-buffs.
    • Adjusted the budgets for Tank and Controller PvP armor to include Dominance.
    • Tanks who use super powers against Mental, Gadgets and Light players will cancel personal damage prevention and power over time effects.
    • Psychic Empowerment, Defibrillator and Recharge when used while in the Control role will now remove Healer role anti-Tank de-buffs.
    • The Healer role anti-Tank de-buffs should now also prevent Fire self healing as well as removing Tank buffs and Ice damage absorbing effects. A red de-buff icon is now applied when this effect is active.
    • ier 1 PvP weapons now add 192 Precision when used against players bringing their DPS to 97.1 in PvP. They now also ignore 12% of a player's Toughness.
    • Tier 2 PvP weapons now ignore 25% of a player's Toughness.
    • Victories in the Batcave and Fortress of Solitude PvP Arena Maps will now count towards the feat "Winning Streak X".

    New Features Update 5:

    New Alert! – The HIVE Moon Base Alert is now available as a Tier 2 Hard Mode. Look for it under Alerts: Hard T2 in your On Duty menu.
    New Raid! – Enter the Fortress of Solitude and defeat The Avatar of Meta! Look for Fortress of Solitude: The Avatar of Meta under Raids in your On Duty menu.
    New PVP Arena! – Players can now battle against each other in a simulation of The Batcave. Look for The Batcave (2 vs. 2) under Arenas: PVP in your On Duty menu.
    Dueling! – Use the Action menu to challenge another player or turn on Dueling Mode and allow anyone to challenge you. For players who don’t want to participate you can turn off Duel invites in the action menu.
    More Space! - Having trouble finding room for that third set of gear? Players will find even more room available in the Bank and in their Inventory.
    General:
    • Workers have installed new stations in each deck of the JLA Watchtower. They are still inoperative, and their functionality has been deemed classified by the JLA. Worry over leaks to the Society have kept them very tight-lipped on these new stations.
    • JLA Watchtower: Batman has flown the Batwing back to The Batcave, and S.T.A.R. Labs has recalled their ships to the home office for maintenance.
    • Fixed a number of known PC and PS3 crashes.
    • Improved performance in the Fortress of Solitude Raid.
    • Fixed an issue where sometimes players could not see each other while grouped.
    • STAR weapons from the Fight for the Light DLC pack will no longer add the same style twice when you get an Epic and Rare version.
    • Players can now be invited back to an instance by a group even if they have the deserter flag.
    • Group members should now always display on your Mini Map.
    • Hard Lock targeting should now disappear when the target has become friendly.
    • Players should no longer be able to become stuck inside static playroom objects.
    • Faction Emblems can no longer be traded.
    • Raid sort order in the On Duty tab has been improved.
    • Corrected an issue with certain loot-only appearances displaying in character create.
    • Angelic and Remora Set appearance items should now be dropping correctly.
    • Starfire, Cyborg and Donna Troy have had their powers and tactics improved.
    • Inventory slots have been increased to 63.
    • Bank Slots have been increased to 48.

    Audio:
    • Fixed an issue that would cause audio loss.
    • Lair of the Witch: Bamboo potted plants should now have sound when destroyed.
    • The music for combat and traps within the Fortress of Solitude PVP Arena should now play properly.
    • Audio levels have been updated for Dual Pistols.
      • Players using Dual Pistols should not notice a significant difference.
      • Audio balance for players around a Dual Pistol player should be noticeably better now.
    • Audio levels will no longer increase after playing certain sounds.
    • Villain hangouts now have new style-appropriate music!
    • Fortress of Solitude: Fixed minor audio issues with some of Krypto’s attacks.
    • Riddle Me This: Audio for the final riddle should now play correctly.
    • EMPty Parts: Technician Morgan should no longer be so quiet when spoken to for this side quest.
    • Bludhaven Alert: Hazmat Officer Severson should now be more audible.
    • The Super Plan: Superman and Lex Luthor should be easier to hear during this boss fight.
    • Trigon’s Blood: Fixed a minor issue with objects not playing sound when destroyed in this playroom.
    • Coast City Alert: Music should now start up correctly after defeating Kyle Rayner.
    • Coast City Duo: Music should now loop properly in this duo.
    • Metropolis City Hall: Added new music to the Boss Encounters, and corrected issues that may have been causing music to drop out in the level.
    • Fun for Girls and Boys: Players should now correctly hear sound when passing through rings during the transport race.
    • Arkham Asylum Alert: Poison Ivy should now always speak after being defeated.
    • Storming the Ivory Tower: Powergirl and Parasite’s Voice Over should no longer overlap during this final fight.
    • Party Foul: Sound should now cue properly during the cool cam.
    UI:

    General:
    • Players should no longer be able to select a queue while at the Legends Character Selection screen.
    • Players should now be able to modify the transparency of their UI.
    • PVP match scorecards should now read “Influence” for Villains at the end of a match.
    • PC Only: Pressing the “End” key while in the group queue should no longer cause controller icons to appear.
    • Players now have the ability to reset their key bindings to default.
    • The Chat options menu should now scroll correctly when adding a new chat tab.
    Social:
    • Character interactions on names consisting only of numbers will now function properly.
    Options:
    • PC Only: Toggle PDA (Backslash) now appears in the Key Bindings page.
    Journal:
    • The Track button in the Quest Journal should now always display properly.
    • Communicator videos displaying in all white have been fixed.
    Voice:
    • Proximity voice chat will start enabled if you previously turned it on.

    Marketplace:
    • The Superman Hoodie can no longer be deleted from your inventory after being redeemed.

    Missions:

    General:
    • Invasion: Gotham: This Mission is now correctly labeled as a group mission.
    • All Side Missions should now be flagged as shareable with other players.
    • Playroom endings have been reorganized so Communicator Messages and Motion Comics do not interfere with each other.
    Solo:
    • Batsignal: T.O. Morrow's Coolcam Voice Over should now queue at the proper moment.
    • Riddle Me This: Players should no longer be able to advance in this playroom without solving all riddles.
    • Something's Fishy: Martian Manhunter's initial camera should now match the duration of his line of voiceover.
    • Cape Carmine Lighthouse: Players should no longer get stuck in combat in this instance.
    • Hospital Havok: Lex Luthor's escaped test subjects can once again be transported to the LexCorp Ship for further experimentation.
    • Meta Malpractice: Heroes should once again be able to help patients escape around Metropolis General.
    • Trigon’s Destiny: John Bolaris has returned to the Tomorrow District to give his quest again.
    • Temple of Crime: Improved drop rate of Batwoman's Serrated Cape in the Temple of Crime.
    • Apes of Wrath: Evolved Gorilla Form’s special attacks now have proper names.
    • Storming the Ivory Tower: Female Students will now complain of being hungry before consuming their classmates.
    • Lunar Eclipse: Players should no longer have gating issues during the Zatanna portion of the boss fight.
    • Spectral Embrace: Telekinesis will work on more objects in the Spectre Playroom.
    • Spectral Embrace: Green barrels in the Spectre playroom can now be destroyed.
    • Daily Dose of Heroism: Heroes should now receive credit for stopping the Satellite Saboteur.
    • No Meta Human Left Behind: KO icons should now show up on all available Meta-Human Tubes in the instance.
    • The Demon Inside: Players should no longer remain in combat after defeating Raven.
    • Vengeful Embrace: Spectre no longer drops loot, whereas Eclipso will now drop loot.
    Challenge Mode:

    Catwoman Challenge:
    • Pipes in the gas tunnels have had their collision restored.
    • Various environment fixes have been made.
    • Players should no longer be able to drop out of combat during the miniboss and boss fights.
    • Panthers should now be able to reach players with less difficulty.
    DUOS:

    Coast City:
    • The Repulsor should no longer affect player pets.
    Gorilla Grodd’s Lab:
    • Fuel cell barrels now use the proper fuel cell appearance rather than appearing as a normal red explosion barrel.
    Gotham Mercy Hospital:
    • Fixed an issue inside this playroom which caused ice blocks to look incorrect when damaged
    • Fixed an issue where the lights in the playroom, when damaged, were displaying incorrect FX.
    Gotham University
    • Mummies will no longer float when their encasement is broken.
    • Minor visual improvements to the interior of Gotham University.
    Metropolis City Hall:
    • The effects on Sinestro's push attack have been updated.
    • Hero players should now be able to find a treasure chest.
    • Attacks from Green Lantern Recruits should now properly display in the combat log.
    Old Gotham Subway:
    • The Penguin has changed out his umbrella and there is some new weaponry at his disposal! The new ammunition does more damage but sacrifices some of the concussive force that knocked you around his lair. –This change is already live. Our apologies for not including it in our hotfix public notes.

    ALERTS:

    General

    • Players should now always receive the final Communicator message when successfully completing Alerts
    Ace Chemicals:
    • Players now have more time to enter the main chamber before the doors close and the first security wave event begins.
    Area 51:
    • Completing Area 51 in Hard Mode should no longer loot-lock you for Area 51 in normal mode, and vice versa.
    • Interceptors in Area 51 should no longer try to burrow into the ground.
    Arkham Asylum:
    • Minor pathing issues in the Mr. Freeze Boss fight area have been corrected.
    • Charmed Doctors and Inmates now have extended range when defending the Poison Ivy wing.
    • Poison Ivy and Scarecrow’s voiceovers should no longer play on top of one another.
    • Players should no longer get stuck in certain areas of this playroom.
    • Various collision and art improvements.
    Batcave: The Outer Caverns:
    • The loot lock for this Alert is now set to one day.
    HiVE Moon Base:
    • The domes over the HIVE ships in the third portion of the Alert should now always be blue.
    • Various minor environment improvements have been made to this Alert.
    League of Assassins Stronghold:
    • Feat: Declawed: Players will now get credit for all the Claws they defeat.
    Oan Sciencells:
    • Lyssa Drak’s attacks have been improved.
    • Lyssa Drak is no longer attackable until the book is closed and she begins her assault.
    • The Light Claw ability should now appear correctly in the combat log.
    • Minor environment improvements have been done to improve this Alert.
    Oolong Island:
    • T.O. Morrow has upgraded the Robot Control Nodes around the Elementical Laboratories!
    • Players should no longer be able to see under the exploding floor in Chang Tzu’s Lab.
    • A mini map marker has been added when players are instructed to speak with TO Morrow.
    • Fixed an issue where the Tornado Tyrant would repeat one voiceover line over and over.
    • The electrical trap in the hallway of Chang Tzu's Lab should no longer show through the roof of the Lab.

    Smallville:
    • Lady Doombringer will now remain sequestered until the invading players trap all five of her clergy.
    • Ending Communicator message and this Alert’s Motion Comic should no longer interfere with each other.
    • Healers should now see the back piece for the Seraph appearance set drop in this Alert.
    RAIDS:

    Batcave: The Outer Caverns :

    • Players should now see proper loot lock messaging in this Raid.
    • Made a number of environment improvements in this instance.
    • Players should no longer be able to get stuck in terrain in certain locations of this instance.
    • Players will now receive the final Communicator Message after each successful run.
    Batcave: Brainiac Sub-Construct:
    • Players should now hear Brainiac's voiceover at the end of the Avatar of Tech fight.
    • Fixed a minor issue with water effects.
    Fortress of Solitude: The Chasm:
    • Several previously un-resistible effects have been made resistible.
    • Adjusted the entry of the Retrievers so that they would be less likely to miss their jump and fall into the chasm.
    • Not a Dog Person feat will now be granted when you defeat the Sunstone Domineer without freeing Krypto from his control.
    • The Domineer's escorts no longer ignore players at range in movement modes.
    • Players should no longer be shown as off the mini map area.
    • Various minor art and collision tweaks were made to this Raid.
    • Players with Super Strength should now see weaponizable boulders glow, indicating that they can be picked up.
    PVP:
    General:

    • Player's summoned pets should now reliably attack opposing players during PvP
    • An Influence reward has been added to the PvP Bounty quests in Gotham City and Metropolis.
    • The Bow of Discipline is now available to purchase from the Tier 2 PvP vendor.
    Legends:
    • Corrected an issue preventing Harley Quinn from gaining access to the ranged tap Block Breaker.
    • Fixed a minor effects issue with the Legends Two-Face’s "Twisted Minds" ability.
    Fortress of Solitude Arena:
    • The Fortress of Solitude Arena is now available when queuing with the first available button. It also has the chance to be the daily rotation.
    • New effects were added for Player Power-Ups.
    • Crystals now have new effects when thrown or smashed.
    • Power Core effects can no longer be seen through the floor of the second level.
    Races:
    • Music should now always play properly during a race.
    • Unique audio stingers should now play when finishing a race and collecting a Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Trophy.
    Feats:
    • The following feat descriptions were fixed to have the correct amounts required for completion: Fistful of Cash, Knocked Out or Alive, My Backpack's Got Jets.
    • Walking Rampart, Commanding Presence, and Surgeon General are role based feats, and will now only show in the UI if you can complete them.
    • Alert Master (complete 100 Alerts) and Emergency Responder (complete 250 Alerts) now give the proper amount of skill points.
    • Fire Sale!: Players should now see the book cases on fire.
    • Fire Sale!: Fixed an issue that was creating playroom performance issues for Perils of Zatanna.
    • The Formal legs in character create will now count towards completion of the feat Shaken, Not Stirred for female characters as it does for male characters.
    • The following feats are now granted when completing a Tier 2 armor set regardless of origin:

    General:
    • Controller Role power over time effects have been changed from returning a base of 14 power per second over 22 seconds to returning 70 power every 5 seconds over 25 seconds. This will allow you to see a Power restoration increase for roughly every 14 points of Vitalization gained, instead of requiring roughly 71 points of Vitalization to see an increase.
    • Taunt effects on Tank role powers should now consistently use a 15m radius either around your target or yourself depending on the activated power, rather than varying wildly to as little as 7m.
    • When in Tank role, Supercharge abilities will now cause a taunt effect around your target or yourself depending on the supercharge ability used.
    • Players should no longer be able to bypass the button hold portion of charge attack combos by blocking.
    • Reduced the amount of hate generated by a Controller’s controlling abilities.
    Fire:
    • Burning Determination now provides one instant tick of healing when used, it no longer scales its healing based on your health. It sets nearby enemies on fire on use and increases your maximum health by an additional 25% in the Tank role (health bonus does not stack with Backdraft or Stoke Flames).
    • Stoke Flames now no longer requires Immolation effects to have maximum effectiveness. It sets nearby enemies on fire on use and increases your maximum health by an additional 25% in Tank role (health bonus does not stack with Backdraft or Stoke Flames).
    • Fixed an issue that could cause Stoke Flames to fail to taunt enemies.
    • Fire tank secondary health buffs should no longer occasionally bleed over to group members.

    Fight for the Light arrives today and we are excited you'll be able to take advantage of new powers and locations! Just a few things you'll need to know regarding the DLC:
    • The DLC entitlement is through the PSN store. Until SCEA updates the store it will be unavailable for download which we anticipate this afternoon.
    • Once you login you will be prompted through a DLC pop-up to download Fight for the Light for no charge. Once that is completed, you are ready to go.
    • You will be unable to enter the game without it once it becomes active.

    • Martial Arts: Smoke Bomb is now an interrupt and listed as such.
    • One Handed: Block breaker should now cause appropriate level based damage like others.
    • One Handed: Fixed an issue that prevented Air Launch from being “Vulnerable to Block.”
    • Hand Blast: Fist Slam: The description now lists this as an interrupt.
    • Bow: Reduced target limits on Arrow Storm to bring it in line with other area effect weapon abilities.

    • Ice: Wintry Tempest’s casting time was removed, its power cost increased and it now provides a 50% damage buff in the damage role.
    • Gadgets: Neural Neutralizer is no longer vulnerable to interrupt and also provides a small amount of damage and impulse protection before the effect is deployed.
    • Gadgets: Turrets are no longer rooted in place and can now follow their targets.

    Clue Three: The Riddler box will no longer de-spawn after being interacted with.
    De-Constructed: The Contact for this mission will no longer de-spawn before it should.
    Fear Itself: Players will no longer be able to exit the instance before the motion comic plays.
    Fish Out of Water: Fire effects will no longer persist when torches are destroyed around the Tidal Pools.
    Investigation Hunt: This mission will now have an objective that reads “Find the Investigation clue.”
    OMAC Attack: A minor text error has been corrected.
    Psychosomatic Illness: The entrance to this instance should now be visible to players.
    Queen of Lies: The Trident of Poseidon should now appear correctly.
    Resciding the Clowns: Sergeant Tarkanean will now offer this mission regardless of whether you have completed Hot Headed Road Rage or not.
    Reign of Blood: Dr Fate should now animate correctly after he has been defeated.
    Riddler's Clues:This mission will now have an objective that reads "Find the investigation clue."
    Schi-Phobia: Players will now be given the next mission Over the Edge automatically as intended.
    Smash and Grab: Players should now receive this mission update when they enter the area.
    Something's Abuzz: The Police Station is now correct when displayed in the Mission Journal.
    Spectral Embrace: Several messaging issues with The Spectre boss fight have been corrected.
    Target: TO Morrow: Minor typos in the mission text have been corrected. Also players can no longer fall through the level.
    Take Heart: Fixed a visual issue with Fireball Barrage when player became a Greed Demon.
    Testing 1, 2, 3: Players will no longer be able to speak to Brother Blood repeatedly.
    The Demon Inside: Fixed an environment issue inside the instance
    Thief of Souls: Minor messaging changes with the Felix Faust boss encounter have been made.
    Tidal Waves: Minor typos in the mission text have been corrected. Drylander Slaves also return to a normal voice when saved from their watery encasement.
    Welcome to the Society: A minor typo in the message from Calculator has been fixed.
    Zombie Benefits: The Soulless Frat boy will no longer appear as the incorrect faction.

    Items:

    • Factional rare items now cost 1 Mark of Triumph. The renown required to purchase most of these items has been lowered to cooperative.
    • Tier 1 Iconic Armor suits no longer have an Origin requirement.
    • The Synthium-Thread Cape is no longer tradable.
    • Female Gadgeteer jetpack now displays effects.
    • Reduced the Mark of Victory cost to purchase Tier 1 PvP armor by about 1/3. The cost of PvP weapons remains unchanged.

    COLLECTIONS:

    • Fixed an issue with a Gold Collection in Gotham City spawning out of reach of players.
    • Fixed an issue where a Gold Collection near University Hospital was double spawning.
    • Moved gold collection spawn location near Little Bohemia Police Station so it no longer floated to high for non-flight players.
    • Moved gold collection spawn location near Lex Corp Tower in Down Town Metropolis so it no longer floats.

    Player vs Player

    • Players will be automatically unflagged for PvP when in a PvE instance (such as an alert, raid, or solo instance). When the player leaves the instance, their old PvP state will be restored. This change only affects players on PvE servers.
    • Players can no longer be targeted if their PVP flag resets
    • Fixed an issue where a player’s PVP flag would turn off when zoning between safehouses and the open world.

    Legends

    • While Harley Quinn is charging her Hammer Throw combo she is no longer interrupted during the first half of the charge.
    • Players’ supercharge will be reset to 0 when entering a Legends PvP match. Their supercharge will be restored when the match is over.
    • Fixed an issue where a player’s appearance could change upon leaving a Legends PvP match.
    • Two Face’s Rolling Barrage is now called Sliding Barrage. Flip Burst is now called Backslide.
    • Two Face’s can no longer glide after weaponizing.
    • Two Face’s Flamethrower combo will now fire consistently.
    • Fixed an issue where Two-Face would continue to fire his rifle incorrectly after certain attacks.
    • Corrected an issue that could prevent Two Face from being properly interrupted while deploying an Oil, Acid or Fire Barrel.
    • The damage from multiple barrels will no longer stack. This means you will only receive damage from one damage over time from fields left by Acid or Fire Barrel and likewise only receive damage from a single explosion in the case of a multi-barrel explosion.
    • Catswipe is now vulnerable to block.

    Powers and Abilities
    General:

    • Fixed an issue where powers were not activated immediately when used.
    • Fixed an issue preventing players from performing their basic attack after purchasing the Stealth trait and using it for the first time.
    • Fixed an issue where if players get encased, stunned, grounded, or rooted in the middle of doing ability they can not use break out.
    • Regeneration now properly restores power when used.
    • Fixed an issue when in Zombie form, ranged attacks would not consistently cause damage.
    • Switching out of damage role while the damage role buff is active will immediately remove the buff.

    Iconic:

    • “Mesmerizing Lasso” applies its Defense buff correctly while in Tank role

    Movement:

    • Launching Roll now applies its Defense buff correctly while in Tank role.
    • Players with Acrobatic movement mode can now glide while in auto-run.
    • Players will no longer become 'Weaponize Locked' when deactivating movement mode while falling through the air.
    • Players’ movement mode should now be halted when a cool cam moment is triggered.
    • Fixed an issue where the camera would not track the player after using certain attacks, for example: The Handblaster’s Uppercut.
    • Players’ shadows while in flight will no longer get cut off when flying on the ground
    • Fixed an issue with being able to cast Launching Roll when in an un-resistible stun.


    Powers:

    • Thermite Mine and Implosion mine now have a life span of three minutes.
    • Bitter Winds should now have area affect visual effects while in DPS role.
    • Soulwell will no longer cause line of sight issues for friendly power regeneration and healing effects.
    • Transmutation will now cause the targeted nearby objects to explode.
    • Updated Winter Ward description to match intended functionality. Tank role will breakout up to three group members from control effects. DPS role will just breakout the player.
    • The description for Transcendence now reflects the correct Supercharge cost.
    • While using Final Ruin, visual effects will now animate and show effects properly.
    • The Warden Turret will now properly fire cryo rounds while in Controller Role.
    • The Suppressor Turret will now add electricity effects to enemies hit by its stun grenades.
    • Fixed an issue where the Robot Sidekick role buffs would persist through stance changes.
    • The Boon of Souls ability is now messaged correctly in the description that 3 group members can get the bubble
    • Pyrokinesis should now deal damage to encased targets

    Weapons:

    • Fixed double hit counter when logging in with a weapon different from your default weapon.
    • One Handed Cleave attack now registers correctly on the combo counter.
    • Dual pistol full auto will now be prevented while falling or being knocked back.
    • Fixed an issue where the sound effects for Hammer Throw were continuing despite the attack being interrupted or cut short.
    • Two-Handed ability Doom Spin now had a set duration and will no longer cancel immediately off a knockout.
    • Brawling Haymaker is now vulnerable to Block as intended.
    • Brawling ranged attack is no longer a block breaker.
    • The tooltip incorrectly listed Launching Roundhouse as an interrupt. It is no longer listed as an interrupt.
    • Fixed an issue where the Two-Handed weapon could deal damage and increase the hit counter while only performing half of the attack animations.
    • The tooltip now lists Bow: Trick Shot as a Block Breaker.
    • The tool tip for Doom Spin has been corrected to accurately reflect that it does not interrupt a channeling opponent.
    • Reduced the damage of Arrow Storm slightly to bring it in line with other Tier 2 attacks.
    • Hammer Throw is now vulnerable to interrupt immediately, rather then having a small window where interrupt was not possible.
    • Briar no longer has a “casting time”, now causes an immediate pulse of damage and grants a +50% damage buff while in the damage role.
    • Harvest no longer has a “casting time” and grants a +50% damage buff while in the damage role. In the Healing role, it no longer causes damage but applies a “Pheromone” effect. This Pheromone effect does not stack with the Pheromone effect from Metabolism. Finally, Harvest no longer removes Pheromone effects when it triggers bonus healing so these effects may be triggered repeatedly.
    • Savage Growth in the Healing role will now apply a heal over time effect.
    • Primal Wolf Form - Increased the base damage bonus for Primal Wolf Form to +30%. The critical chance and damage bonuses remain as they were.
    • Insectoid Form – Increased the base healing bonus of Insectoid Form to 50%. The critical healing chance and critical healing amount bonuses remain as they were.
