I have noticed on multiple characters that the shield powers( from powersets, NOT the weapon style) have not been deflecting attacks. They stop damage for a bit, but attacks interrupt you when you try to interact with something while shielded. The only one that does deflect attacks, at least for me, is the one from the atomic powerset. Unsure if it is a bug, or if it was changed in an update and they just never posted the change in the notes following an update. On NAPS/pc.
