    Einstein's Ray: Create a strong gravitational force, damaging, stunning and dragging your target towards you. [Tap melee] after the pull to combo into a Precision based uppercut.
    [Damage Role] Increases all damage by 35% until the hit counter resets (at least five seconds)

    Alcubierre Wave: Fold space-time, damaging and pushing enemies away from you. Enemies immediately behind you and damaged and thrown forward.
    [Power Interactions] Causes enemies to be Graviton-Charged making them vulnerable to future fluctuations in gravity.
    [Control Role] Reduces the target's damage output and removes Damage Role buffs.
    [Damage Role] Increases all damage by 45% until the hit counter resets (at least five seconds)

    Singularity: Creates a black hole near your target, damaging, levitating and stunning it. Nearby enemies are damaged, rooted, and pulled toward the void. After a short time, the singularity will explode, damaging nearby enemies and knocking them down.
    [Power Interactions] Graviton-Charged enemies take extra damage and will become Polarized, causing objects to be attracted to them.
    [Control Role] Reduces enemies Defenses.
    [Damage Role] Increases all damage by 45% until the hit counter resets (at least five seconds)

    Gravity Well: Crate a powerful gravity field, Damaging, rooting, and stunning your enemies.
    [Power Interactions] Polarized enemies or those that are Graviton-Charged take additional damage.

    Energy Expulsion: [Vulnerable to interrupt] Blast your target with a beam of energy, damaging and stunning it. Enemies at the 35% health or below, will take additional damage.

    Olivion: [50% Super-Charge Cost] Blast enemies with powerful energy, dealing heavy damage, knocking them down, and levitating them in place. Also grants protection against control effects and prevents damage for a short time.

    I like what you did for DPS loadout but wouldn't take the finisher personally. It would sit on the loadout forever and never get any real play time. Would replace with a fast casting clip move (tunneling or extortion) or another AoE like the grav bomb (think thats what its called) from the space tree or even that Tach Burst move as it seems to get two mobs for one power cast. Great for trash mobs as far as I can tell.

    Even though I'm a Speed Drain user, I think Event Horizon may be more necessary starting out T5 content. Many Gadget users have Battle Drone which seems to be more effective in keeping up power so that another troller can have the group shield. A full power bar doesn't stop players from taking damage.

    True. But we have healers, that is what their for and many players think that the use of 2 tanks for this T5 content will be more beneficial for the team. Also you (& none speedsters alike) can just make a substitution by switching "Weapons Expert" for "Event Horizon" (which is in the Space Tree) or "Word Of Power" , If you so choose to use these loadouts.

    This was nothing more than a goal for myself in trying to figuring out if a balance duel-spec was possible that didn't take away from either role and with no difference from a normal loadout. I'm just happy the DEVs behind this powerset made it some what easy to duel spec. The next best Controller set to duel-spec to me is Gadgets, which I'm planing on leaving for quantum.

    Not trying to start an argument but my point was for players not to take damage. Healers don't prevent damage, they mitigate health. My theory about Quantum powers is that they are key for new content because of the control effects, especially in the Time tree where slowed enemies don't attack. The main reason Controllers need power SC is for players who are reckless power drains. So many think the best defense is a good offense. But if DPS they take less damage, the healers use less power, saving more instant power for the DPS.

    Also I would never take out Weapons Expert and leave Tactical Genius. Crit chance>crit damage.

    I always loved my Gadgets Controller because I can duel-spec, easily solo-power with Battle Drone, or do massive damage out...but I'm glad to see Quantum can do duel-spec as well!

    I also planned on switching to Quantum as well for a nice change of pace.

    I love the new effects, non-encasement CCs, +10 vitalization bonus, Quantum Tunneling power (Distract+), and Einstein's Ray (Taser Pull+). XD

    You should post your stats so we can get a better understanding of the damage output. Also find a ranged rotation as melee isn't going to work for a while in t5.

    I think ill use the other PoT move if the Polarized pi throws the spider bombs right back at them. If not ill go with the time PoT for the double cc.

    Done; And I'll work on finding something full ranged, But keep in mind that everything ( "Gravity Well", "Singularity", "Energy Expulsion", "Olivion" ) but "Inspiral Waves" & "Alcubierre Wave" are ranged. Those two powers are Mid-Range ( In-between Melee & Range ).

    "Gravity Bomb" is the best range power next to "Singularity", So I was thinking of dropping "Energy Expulsion" & "Alcubierre Wave" and getting "Warped Reality" & "Gravity Bomb".

    Making a loadout looking something like this?
    Warped Reality, Gravity Well, Singularity, Gravity Bomb, Olivion

    But then that leaves a spot open that I'm not sure of what to add there. Being that the only ranged powers left to use are "Tachyon Burst", "Gravitonic Field" & "Einstein's Ray" to use and +1PP to get either Lift or a Iconic power "Robot Sidekick" or "Neo-Venom Boost".

    Excellent guide, its given me a good starting point for my summer switch. I switch from gadgets to a different Controller power set for 2-3 months to keep the game fresh. :)
