legendary perk idea

#3 wouldnt happen due to it'd mess the prices up even more then they are currently


to add on #1 I'd like more reg inventory, I've made post / threads about this in the past about wanting around 200-1000 inventory spots lol could make em into tabs like brokers are with needing to hit R2 to go to page 2 of our inventory ect.
