i am playing at normal cyber cafe and i waiting for patching the server and after finish pacthing up the game,this game show the error "Unable to download IDS_UNABLETODOWNLOAD" on the screen. When i push retry button it show back that error again.
It's possible the cafe has firewalls and security software preventing the full installation. Ask the cafe staff if they can install it for you. Not many allow you to run the install programs to games.
