Is there an actual rule to how many melee taps you need to block to get a counter? Seems like it's anywhere between 5 and 15. Sometimes the extra-strong taps are actually blockable (mostly thinking of Martial Arts x5), sometimes they aren't.
I don't think there is anymore. I'll need to test but I'm sure each weapon has a different number of taps before being able to be blocked.
