    When will the episode be on Test? We are already at october almost and its better to give us more time to Test the episode or do we once again only get one and a half week to test before release?

    Test server just went offline as stated by Mepps and it's going to be down for several days. Could that be for Sins of Black Adam which will include the new artifact? ;)

    Other post's Jokes aside - I doubt it is powerset based - an artifact to only help 1 powerset would cause absolute mutiny

    The effect, colouring etc might look electric etc but it will be generic.. like a dot.. or shield etc

    Clarion is a great example, it looks like water but is 0% connected to water powers

    I hope its a cool effect, like a bolt coming down to increase might etc
