According to people in my thread today, it was never fixed because no one has ever seen it reported. We need to keep this thread bumped for a while and see if it can get attention from one of the developers or someone who can pass it along to them.
Even if it's lag related, there are ways to prevent these issues via buffering and making the network logic more robust. I'm not sure if this game runs on TCP or UDP, but standard when it was made I believe was TCP. If it is TCP, these types of issues should not occur. If they went the UDP route, they should check how broker interactions on the client side handle any packet loss.
The entire broker UI is a complete disaster. Needs to be scrapped and replaced with something modern.

I feel like the last update made it 10x worse. I do not remember the last time I've had this many failures during one session.
Bonjour je ne sais pas si nous vous avons contacté pour ce problème il y a un problème avec le courtier nous ne pouvons plus acheter quoi que ce soit il y a aussi un problème avec le mail je me suis envoyé beaucoup d’objets par mail et ils ont disparu ils ne sont plus visibles et nous ne pouvons plus rien envoyer et le canal audio personnaliser nous avons disparu merci de voir ce qui se passe
