LaunchPad was unable to connect. HELP!

    I just bought this game and I didnt even enjoy 1 sec of it, it wasted like 4h of my life trying to fix it and I couldnt, Can someone help me out here?

    This is a general forum for ALL SOE games. Your post doesn't say which game you were trying to play. Have you tried posting in the forums specific to your game?

    Its about H1Z1, didnt know it was for all soe games :p where do I find their specific forum ?

    Iv got the same problem, dont know how to fix this. tried everything! hope u get some help so i can copy

    Unfortunately, we cannot access individual accounts. We did have a maintenance earlier today that impacted logins for all SOE games. If you're still seeing the same error, however, you will need to file a ticket at help.soe.com.
