Good evening, I cant access the website. And my LaunchPad cant connect because of that. My ISP is using a new range of IP addresses. My IP address is: 31.201.169.106. I called my ISP for this problem. They mentioned that they use another range that could be used in another country before we got it. Now we got this IP address and I cant connect to your website and LaunchPad. My ISP also said that the problem could be that you guys have to update the database or clean it. Could you please help me out. I bought H1Z1 but at the moment I cant play it because of the connection problems. I tried different PC's and my smartphone, all the same problem. Please help me.
