zig zag zig zag

I'm seeing more players exploiting lag these days. Last year it use to be 1 out of 10 players would tweak out when you started shooting at them, now it's like 1 out of 2 players.

Either the casual players are starting to leave which means the leftover players are typically exploiters and plug pullers, or there's an increase in Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders. What do you think?

And thanks to the jerk who made the video explaining latency to the unwashed.

How dare they not run in a straight line so you can kill them more easily.

The lack of a tagging mechanic allows this more than latency or anything else really. It's also why close range combat is so dominant, among other things.

ADAD = mlg pro. Do it or die (more).

IMO, moving should make cof bloom like if you were running

Could you explain this to me? I'm not familiar with the term in this context.

Sorry but i have played MANY shooters, and ADADAD is a basic technique in most of them. Or you shoot standing by? The fact that lag MAY make hitting someone harder, it's not the players fault, but the game servers fault.

I don't do this. I embrace death like a man. My K/D is proof.

Games like counter-strike have a tagging mechanic which slows a player's movement when they're hit.

    That is all.

How does that not end up turning into a snowball effect, as in you can't escape being killed, even if you only need to move a meter to the side to do so, but you're too slow to move that meter in the time necessary?

Tagging wouldn't work that well with this game. Either speed variation would make it harder track your target at a distance as you are waiting for their client to update with being hit and then your client is waiting for the updates that actually reports them slowed down (the tag); or, in CQC, maneuvering in a firefight becomes laborious. I suppose one possibility, though, is that people may no longer get the illusion of dying behind cover except in cases of severe lag or latency, but that's just speculative.
