So I just got out of bed, and I may be missing something because of my brain still being asleep, but as I was logging onto my characters to collect my daily certs I noticed the flash cyan underglow item for sale. For my NC and VS Characters, it was priced at 250 / 112 while for my TR Characters, it was priced at 99 / 45. Dev TR Biais confirmed /sarcasm.
