If I recall correctly, that's what the cloak that allows you to cloak your flash is called. (beta) Main; Rather than having it be an independent cloak, I think it'd serve better as a passive ability. This passive ability would coat your flash in whatever cloak you're using. Optional; So, it'd need some kind of level scheme, perhaps 5 levels, 20% cloak efficiency per level? By efficiency I mean energy consumption - so at level 1 it would suck up 5 times as much energy as usual. Thoughts?
