[Suggestion] Wishlist - Faster Bann for Hackers

Statstical flagging is the probably the best idea as people cannot hide from it, although some people are saying they've stopped their statistical auto-ban for blatent hackers, which would explain the upswing in blatant hackers this week.

If that is the case then basically we're not far from hackers running wild as in PS1.

There shouldnt be any punishment for reports, thats stupid! In fact i am only talking about really obvious situations like this flying max unit. i am pretty shoure that there where 100 vanus who were reporting him and the case was so clear. what me anoyes is that he destroyed the alert for some hundret players and this char is still not banned yet!
