Hmmm why Medic cant use Warden when engineer can ? Medic dont have enough firepower to stand in 1st line... and ofc 700 cert 2x c4... without it playing med is useless
I'm not sure I agree with you on the lack of fire power. Medics have access to some of the most adaptable and well rounded weapons in the game. Not sure what the other factions have as mirrors but the NC GR-22 is about as good a weapon as you could want in close to mid range. The standard Gauss rifle is amazingly good at mid to even longish ranges, as is the NS-11A. The Warden is a fun weapon and all, but it will never be as effective as even a semi-auto sniper at range. Do I sometimes wish that my medic could engage a crowded hilltop from another hilltop like my Heavy with his NC6 SAW? Maybe every once in a while, but then I grab the GR-22 and go flank that hill
Miniature N6 Gauss SAW. It isn't as good at range as the Warden I suppose, but it makes a better rifle all around, while still being the best otherwise at range. You need to make sure you pick a gun that you can work with at closer ranges. A warden won't cut it.
this weapon has a very small mag size (20) and a huge recoil, you´ll either hate it like most players or love it like a few, or both (like me) If you want to be effective on long range and you want to spend money, maybe better the NS-11 with a x4 optic? Or the NC1 Gauss, a real NC gun, at the end it comes to personal preference better scroll a bit through the combat medic forum, every weapon is discussed in detail
The ARs (Medic only rifles) are arguably the best weapons in the game. Medics are arguably the best 1v1 duelest too - 2nd to maybe only HA. They are plently capable of being your front line fighters.
