Spain 99 DB Slovenia: 199 (again, random... ) Scotland: 99 Russia: 199 Belarus: 199 Portugal 99 Poland 99 Norway 99 New Zealand 199 (?) There's a few more, but they cap out at 199, except USA is 399. Serious devs? How about all flags are 99 and you stop stiffing people based on nothing other than the country they live in.

It most likely had something to do with supply and demand. Im guessing the more expensive flag decals are the ones that people buy the most, so they can afford to raise the price because people will buy it regardless.
