Looking at the update change log April 16

    https://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/index.php?forums/game-update-notes.73/

basically if you scroll down the TRV is more Accurate "TR
    • Cycler TRV
      • The below recoil adjustments are a small increase to overall accuracy.
      • Min horizontal recoil reduced from 0.275 to 0.272
      • max horizontal recoil reduced from 0.3 to 0.295
      • standard.
      • TAR
        • Very small recoil adjustment and damage over time increase when using the short reload.
        • Max horizontal recoil reduced from 0.3 to 0.297
Short reload is faster, from 3.0 to 2.97 second
This really does not make sense,

think the TRV would be worse

Recoil happens more often for the TRV because of it's 845 rpm, as opposed to the TAR's 800 rpm.

Also, the TAR has a 0.75x ads speed multiplier advantage over the TRV.

I'd say the weapons are pretty balanced.

This, plus TRV has horrible hipfire.

I don't know what this speed multiplier does iv not noticed it but the TAR definitely does not handle as well as the TRV im assuming other people agree because I see more people using the TRV rather then the TAR now
