1 engie to continuously repair your tank for 1 heavy hitting you with the phoenix.


If there are 5 phoenixes then bring in 5 engies.

On Briggs I'm pretty sure the last 6 or so locks have been from NC, and that's only in the few days I've been back for. I think it might just be due to their massive over pop during the late hours, though. (66% or so.)

Personally I think the NC and the TR are the same difficulty to play against. The NC seem to have easier to kill Infiltrators, if anything.

But if 5 heavies are all coordinating to hit a single target .. Doesn't that make his " no team work " comment false ?

More like 2 Engies per 5 Heavies at 250m. 6 Heavies has enough alpha strike to one shot it, but in a couple thousand hours of NC gameplay I've seen that happen maybe twice.

I dont get what the issue is with people defending against penixes. When Im on my TR, all I have to do is stand near whatever vehicle is being targeted with my MCG with the brrt addon and just play ciws for a few minutes until the nc give up. Its so trivial to hit them out of the air its not even funny. Sometimes I use a shotgun to do it just for shizngigglez.

Normally I play NC, and I experience people doing the same thing to my rockets rarely. Its like most zerglings ether dont see the rockets or dont know to shoot down the big flaming blue ones.

6 Heavys with Phoenixes.... Dang at least once every 2 days (roughly unless it's Phoenix squad then at least 4 times that night) I see that happen (at least on Briggs).

I hope you don't mean me and my EXTREMELY close range SAS-R and Rebel combo (Now Underboss, till shotty comes).

Munr, if you are struggling to kill NC, I am here to help. I am rather user-friendly in that department as I can be killed quickly and easily by virtually any means available. My purpose here is to bring balance.

Its a problem all over the game, an unwillingness to use brainpower to counter whats attacking you. Every time some1 complains about the phoenix i give the same reply, 'you know you can shoot it down right?'.
Its the same thing with HE tanks and spawn rooms, i kill dozens, literally dozens of enemy camping tanks by simply falling back and getting my own AV/AV tank, if 5 other tank crews (10 players) joined me wed clear up all the camping tanks, destroy the sundys, and the infantry within the base would recap. But alas people are too narrow minded to adjust what they are doing, so they log onto the forums to complain.
It was the same before the lib over-nerf, lib spamming the spawns(?) counter it with A2A aircraft or ground based AA, dont sit and be squashed like a bug, respond adequately.
