The Betelgeuse is the most powerful LMG in point of sustainability already and it just received another buff? The slower heat regeneration is minuscle. When shooting 49 bullets it doesn't even increase the cooldown time for a second. It's 4.6 on live and 5.4 on pts. Meanwhile the overheat penalty is removed by giving it a reload. Instead of being penalized for poor management, it will only take 3.3-3.7 seconds to reload. What this gun and other VS heat weaponry need, is a reduction of regeneration to ZERO - it needs to have a forced reload ALL THE TIME, which takes longer than other comparable weapons to make up for the added benefit. Having a built in ammo printer that is capable of printing 7-8 full magazines per minute and granting infinite reserves is already baltantly overpowered.
