[Suggestion] Why do AA maxs double as AI maxs

We just got crashed/swarmed by AA maxs inside a bio lab why the hell is this possible...

have you ever been hit in the chest by a cannon fired flak round? its super slow to kill people with aa guns while possible its not a good idea if you have the choice you will get one guy before someone else kills you.

exactly.. they aren't THAT effective at AI anyway so if you get killed by one.. they deserve the kill.

I dunno man, using the bursters on infantry is a major pain in the *** for me though not as hard to hit them with as the skyguard. I would much rather use dual scatters or even my falcons for that.

If I find myself up on top of a building and catch you trying to cap a point in the room below me, or you are trying to flank me as an LA from the top of the base where I cant get to you, Hell ya I am going to shoot you.

I just use a mercy and a burster. Two birds with one stone most of the time. Flak is a massive aircraft deterrent even with only 1 cannon, and you can use it to scare clueless people in biolabs whil the you reload your mercy .

if u got attacked by an AA max it was nothing, really, a dual AI max is sooooo much deadlier. Much faster ttk. Like rediculous difference. My AI max (VS) can kill 4 or 5 guys. My AA max can kill 1 guy and if a 2nd shows up i am almost guaranteed to die (1 guy leaves me in damaged 2nd hp bar). This is my own personal gaming though, some people r better obviously, but my results r the AI max killing several infantry in a row then looking for heals and my AA max dying if i fight anything past the first guy. With 2 guys against the AA max it's def a loss for my max. These examples r with my enemy using only bullets.

Scatter and burster for me for the same reason.

Bursters are extremely inefficient compared to AI MAX weaponry. The only reason it worked was likely due to numbers, and the fact that a MAX can absorb a lot of damage.

Let me get this ... you got crashed ... inside a bio lab ... by AA maxes ... I'd bend over laughing. One AI max would steamroll the whole crash lol.

Because with bursters you can see where the rounds hit unlike the crappermax

Bursters work on infantry so AA max's can gain exp while not shooting at Planes.

They used to damage vehicles but that was removed and there damage against infantry increased a bit.

There not very good at AI just good enough to not be helpless.

It happened to me the other day, facing the deadly NC max, which OS me with a burster... Before I got the "death screen" I was already resolved to report him for hacking, just to realize the last shot had been with the burster, yes, for ~ 1% damages, but the 99% was the scat he got on the other arm... Well played, PS2, well played.

Totally agree, one HA can totally take out an AA max without sweat, maybe 2 in a row if they don't attack together. With cover even a LA can do that. Bursters are well built, if they could destroy infantry plus aircraft, you would see them everywhere.
This said, the biggest victory feeling I can get is when I destroy an AI max with an engineer or LA, even if it is very rare, it is... wonderful.

Because getting hit in the face with a high velocity peice of metal really hurts?
