where is the refund for all the features lost?

i have 4 chrs ns, vs, nc, and tr with about 2000-4000 certs each that are missing and i need it. wtf they cant rob 130000 certs from players, thats more than a year of playing for me. you are being selfish and egoistic. players spent years of farming these certs. you dont talk, not saying if and when you will refund or not at all. sunderers are the main thing i upgrade with every chr. its not even a balanced update. now sunderers are running around, cannot be killed and kill everything. all we needed is more protected sunderers garages and nerf c4 fairies.

i came back after years of break two years ago to many changes that you made with construction and all and noticed all the thousand of certs you took with the delete of previous models and ant changes. now this

It’s the norm for the gaming industry nowadays. It’s the main reason the industry is in a spiral.

Consumers trust is at an all time low. And the industry keeps wondering why. LOL

I also lost my certificates. I had a "Reactiva armor" and "Deploy dome" maxed or near that.
So far nothing has been refunded. And now I have to buy these same features again.

They did refund them for one of my characters after I submitted a ticket. The customer support team was awesome and they did much more than I expected of them, so huge thanks to them.

I'm not gonna submit tickets for all my chars cuz frankly it's too many, idek what exactly I had on those I don't use often, others are stuck on dead servers and frankly it's a long process. I also feel bad that customer support now needs to handle hundreds of player refunds when honestly it should've been automatic like in the past, and if for some reason they couldn't do that then a flat refund fee should've been given to everyone.

Especially since there's not many players they need to submit a ticket to get a refund, and there's others like me that don't want to go through that process for all their characters.

Did they refund any DBG cash that people spent on the sunderers ?

Nope.

You can't buy ability certifications with DBG, only weapons and cosmetics. And both weapons and cosmetics still work as before. Why would you get a refund there?

But people may have bought boosts specifically for the purpose of gaining XP and thus certs faster - as such, those certs have been paid for using DBC, even if indirectly.

That's a bit of a stretch but they def should do refunds like before.

Consumers learn to stay away from companies that have bad business practices. This game as a service, doesn’t pass the sniff test anymore.

Daybreak will remain silent until the players give up and forget about this... are they really going to be willing to do?
At the very least, if they are not going to refund the certs, please give clear notice of that. I hope so. It is better to be fair and square, I think.

When no one will mention this matter anymore, Daybreak achieves (dirty)victory.
In order for game operators and developers and others to work seriously, many players need to keep approaching.(naturally, it is same as other cases...as all issues...)

I want a refund for DBC for **** that I bought when it worked, and not its garbage.

it was acctually fun running away from tanks, before they changed it back again. now sundies are slower than ever and topping at 75 kph. i guess that having a chaotic unbalanced fun is better than having no fun at all so taking it back. they did have this 400% weekend two weeks ago but man...

all these sundee changes weren't the best investment of time, that is clear. sundee go BRRRRT was kinda cool though.
