So i happen to reset my pc i downloaded ps2 and log on to my account and all of my characters are gone. I have put thousands of hours and hundreds of dollars in to this game. I made a new character to see if my cosmetics were still around NOPE they are gone. Try to contact DB for support nope you have to make a ticket you cant even just use the phone......Sad just sad. I Just don't understand how you can make an account and give all this money to them and they can even look after it. I hope that i get my account back because that's one **** of a scam.
Dude, this just happened to me today. This game is a ******* scam. They deleted my purchase history and all my accounts characters.
