I swear it used to be hell of a lot more active but evidently more and more people are either leaving the game or going to play on another server. It's currently 4:30 PM CET (Stockholm) and I don't think I've ever seen it this dead around this kind of hour on the server. I do belive it's about time for that merge SOE, because I'm running out of targets rapidly and I don't like it.
it's 10:30am EST, if I'm playing at this hour I'm on Miller. But yes most of the N America servers are quiet at this hour.
lol You're in Europe, go play on a European server if you want prime time pops during your prime time.
Yes this is no doubt contributing. It's that time of year and in a couple weeks or so pretty much all US schools will be back in session.
This week is move-in, orientation week for a lot of colleges. High schools tend to start next week or the week after. Either way... daytime and early afternoon are going to take a huge population hit. Early evening pops may stabilize for those that get adjusted to the new schedule start coming back. The Evening pops will slowly get better as the weather gets colder as well. (Less to do outside after school, etc.) Saw the same trends for years on PS1.
Quite a few left when it became the Vanu server with Zoe's everywhere and five scythes trying to ram any ESF in the air. I know I pretty much stopped playing after that one painful weekend. Eventually my sub will run out and I'll probably move on.
This too. The game faces some tough competition in the upcoming months that's for sure: BF4, CoD:Ghosts, and next gen consoles.
I work in a restaurant, and starting this week, I started seeing a lot less kids during the day, and more families coming it at night, so I'm not really surprised.
Last night during prime time I struggled to find fights that just a week ago was no problem at all. I'm really hoping this is just a temporary transition for a lot of people and things will get back to normal at all times of the day soon. EoB
