Whatever Happened To That Cool Hilltop Hossin Base That Used To Be On Test Server?

It was on the left side of the map I believe and in the place of Sharpe's Run I believe or Genudine Holographics. It had this really neat road that spiraled [maybe it was 2 roads] up onto the top of the hill, the hill was quite high and the road was quite wide. I say bring it back [put it where construction site alpha is or something]!

Sharpe's Run does look like it was made from that base's remains but its not as high and cool, anyone from soe elaborate why it isn't on this Hossin as of now. Does anyone else know about the base Im talking about from past Hossin of the test server?

Devils' Wreath was the name, that's it, just above the ORM Scrap and Salvage.
