Quite simple, what is your stealth weapon of choice for the medic class. What do you throw a suppressor on, and use to become the bug that cannot be squashed (With flack armor and nano-regen.) As... Stealth medics are quite beast, As I have learned.

I keep a suppressor on my H-V45, with advanced laser dot and soft-point. Only weapon I use on my Medic. I've considered certing the CME, but H-V45 is just too versatile at a variety of ranges, and ugly from the hip.
I like the GR22 with Silencer, IRNV, and grip. Using a laser seems to defeat the purpose of staying unseen, so I appreciate the GR22's lower hip COF.
I'm still not sure your enemies even see the laser. Here's a little tip though, equip the laser and press L to deactivate it. Now you have all it's benefits and no potential drawbacks.
I've definitely seen the laser on enemy guns. In fact, when I've killed enemies, I've seen the laser on their gun while the body is lying on the ground. I've heard that turning off the laser on your own screen doesn't stop it from showing to your enemy, but haven't tested this yet. Would be interested to know if anybody has confirmed this...
I have noted that its ability to land repeated head-shots so well causes it to do well enough to compensate for its lackluster DPS, I have found... But thats just IMO (Note, Headshots are much more easy at lower vertical FOV's.... The games default, ~ 65 VFOV is absurdly wide on wider, shorter screens.)
The Hailstorm is ridinckloursq!!!! It's awesome in short distances and holds its own in medium distances. For 350 SC, it was a bargain. Since the time I got it, I've been raking in a crappola of exp. The exp has almost doubled for me.
