What is this "You aren't hurt but I'm healing you anyway" new trend about?

If SOE only fixes one bug in the next patch and it was up to me which one, I'd have a hard time deciding between the Striker noclip bug and the not-repairing bug.

In large firefights there is sometimes a delay in the health bar showing up to see if someone is actually injured, At least for me anyway and I tend to just hit everyone around me with a quick heal just to make sure they're up to full. It might be down to me only getting 15-30 fps I'm not really sure but no one has ever complained about it till now.

I don't do it in smaller engagements where stealth is a factor but if you're standing still or they know your relative position (i.e. Standing behind a rock grouping with a bunch of people) or you've recently been firing at them then it seems like a non-issue since your position is pretty damn obvious already. So far as infils go I let them come to me for heals or I rez them when they die since again stealth isn't really a factor at that point.

It takes less than a second to click and have the circle pop up on the screen so I would hardly call it a waste of time, It's a quick click while moving to someone else. I have seen a few that just stand there and constantly heal someone who is behind cover and isn't likely to take damage, That's something I've never quite understood but either way it's such a petty issue to get bent about.
