1- Population on Waterson, ho hell i think on ALL servers, VS are just the lowest population. Not a single continent the vs have higher population or just near highest population. If they get around 20% on a continent , i do think its the NC and TR who just pity us and switch. IF we have higher population, i would say it's because there is only 20 players on TR and NC...

2-Weapons look all the same. Even the "Heavy" weapon don't look Heavy, it just look like another rifle like all of them even the shotguns !

3-The False "no bulletdrop" of the VS. Isnt funny how i get HUGE bulletdrop on the V10 Bolt Action Sniper Rifle and how the range is so short compared to NC and TR. ( not saying that NC and TR should get nerfed ! not at all ! )

4- Optimization, hell why is the flora and shadows on CPU ? I do know that my i7 is getting a bit old ( the i7 920 @ 2.66 ) but it is still a 4cores which i can play anything else without thinking about my CPU. The new PhysiX is awesome indeed but why do i get those mad fps drops . I could fight for 30 minutes with, lets say, 30-40 fps ish and then boom 6 fps for 5 minutes no action involved and even while looking at the sky or the ground.

5- the constant disappointement on my teammates who sometimes make me think they can't defend or attack with strategy. They some times looks like zombies who tried to bash their head right on the wall thinking they will one day get through it !

6- the constant whining on cheaters, bot , hackers whatever. Never saw one since i play PS2. Most of my death are due to the lack of strategy of my teammates or just because i was too dumb to realise how i was running on openfields thinking that i won't be seen.
When someone sees hacks everywhere, maybe the problem is that person ?

Having hackers be online and obviously exploiting despite widespread reports for over an hour and a half on multiple nights with no response from SOE.
  3. Fenrys

    Server lag
    Network lag
    Low FPS on decent hardware
    World flicker
Game freezes every 2 minutes between 5PM-11PM
Deaths from non-rendered players and infiltrators who take advantage of lag to remain cloaked while firing an SMG
    No counter for massed air
Blatant hackers not banned fast enough
  4. Kartaugh

    Right now? Playing the game.

Another patch that makes it past Test and screws up Live.

I have a few, but most have already been said. Most recently though.... being teamkilled while redeploying in a tower that was 95% lost, then having hate tells sent to me by the teamkiller who says I should've been outside the spawn room fighting and he would not have have teamkilled me. Then the guy proceeds to follow me to two other bases and teamkill me in the spawn rooms. I guess he doesn't understand tactics? like using a map or protecting a doorway while not exposing yourself?

    What a *******.

1: The complete lack of coordination amongst players, even when someone tries to coordinate. The idiocy of the average joe is simply astounding. For example... if you see an enemy in a base that you own and you kill him, and then a few minutes later you see the same guy... more than probably there's an AMS nearby. Why not search and destroy? Nope. We're going to stand around the base waiting for him to come back. Then the guy comes back.. with his friends. And this time they've got tanks and libs and ESFs that park outside the doors of your spawn. Or morons that run up the hill from Ceres Hydroponics to TI Alloys only to get slaughtered again and again. Sometimes I just want to C4 my own team's sunderer so they'd stop. Unless you have a serious numbers advantage, footzerging to one of the most easily defensible bases is just dumb. And then there's the time when your faction loses 80% of the held territory because the crown is some kind of magical castle in the sky that grants wishes and has a stable of unicorns or some crap. Yes, it's hard to take if you don't have a bunch of flashes run through to sweep up all the mines and then a couple of fully loaded sunderers that bust through the blockade and vomit infantry. You could just try that. You know, a coordinated offensive instead of running across the bridge and up the hill in ones and twos.

2: Spawn camping and poor base layout. Why is the thing needed to cap the base on the other side of the spawn area? Why does the space between the spawn point and the cap point look like a russian arms sale with all the enemy vehicles parked there? Why is the courtyard of larger bases strewn with boxes? What's in those boxes? Is it food? Couldn't we put them against a wall or something? Can we make people caught hacking put them against the walls or organize this crap? Why do tanks and fighters get to camp the spawn? In PS1 all the bases were massive labyrinths of tunnels. Sure they could camp the doors and stuff, but if they wanted to take the base they had to dismount and come inside. This led to massive battles that lasted some time. Now all you need is a few tanks to circle the spawn and then you just wait for the base to flip. The bases don't even feel like bases. Just some buildings that were meant to be temporary, but ended up becoming permanent. Then they hired some cheap labor to put a fence around it.

3: Lightning gets stuck 3 minutes after I pull it.

4: Tracking a fleeing enemy and whittling him down with well placed shots, about to take the knock out shot and some mouth breather on my team jumps in front of me, then wheels around and kills me because I shot him.

5: Being run over by my own team member while on my way to repair a generator/cap a point. Being run over by my own team member after I repair his vehicle. Being run over by my own team member because he needs a better vantage point to camp the other team's spawn. Being run over by my own team member while on my way to the AMS to resupply and he somehow feels the need to drive his flash at max throttle through a crowded base.

6: That guy that parks his sunderer/tank right in front of the vehicle spawn point immediately after pulling it because he needs to look at his map, allocate certs, check facebook, fap to ****, eat, break up his weed, take out the trash because his mom won't leave him alone, whatever. I'm stuck behind you, please move :(

    Being outclassed by another player.
  8. Zenanii

Great, you're one of *those* people, why just hate so blindly on air you're deaf and blind to reason. . . The reason I'm unable to take out beacons is because I usually have extended afterburner-fuel tanks equipped in the second slot. Hitting the thing with nosegun is hard, especially when you are getting locked on by a army of heavies.

As for your second post, I'm pretty sure you did indeed post:

    My original point still stands.
  9. NietCheese

    1) Getting killed by a pump action shotgun in 1 shot
    2) Getting killed in 1.5 seconds by a hoverpsammer after a great tank run (thankfully fixed now)
    3) Sitting around on empty bases waiting for the cap
    4) Constant crashes
    5) Hackers
    6) The game running at 30 FPS on my 16GB Ram, 2 x GTX 670, i7 system
  10. Captain Kid

1 Driving/gunning and getting blown up by air or av turret.
2 Playing infantry and getting blown up by av turret.
  11. CaptainYamerica

NC on Waterson. 'Nuff said. We're terrible as a faction.
  12. Proudmanbearpig

its nice to see that girls play this game too
  13. Chubzdoomer

Unfortunately, I agree. I believe I've lost count of just how many alerts we've managed to give away even after having a huge lead due to piss poor leadership.
  14. Selerox

    1) Framerate
    2) Framerate
    3) Framerate
    4) Pump actions (all of them - just remove them)
    5) Awful, limited communication system.
    6) Bases you can't defend properly (or at all)
    7) The fact that air balance has now been completely thrown.
  15. Chubzdoomer

    1. Attacking a Liberator from behind in an ESF only to have it roll over and start flinging insta-gib bombs at you.
    2. Attempting to throw a grenade through a doorway only to have a teammate step right in front of you, causing the grenade to awkwardly bounce off his back and land at your feet.
    3. Spotting, then pursuing an enemy ESF only to have another one instantly swoop down behind you, even when you could've sworn the sky was clear before.
    4. Struggling to find the "sweet spot" for repairing vehicles and reviving teammates with the repair/heal tools during intense moments (will this ever be addressed?).
    5. Lock-On weapons. Every one of them. No skill, maximum annoyance.
    6. Having the Skyguard and MAX's burster(s) suddenly stop damaging aircraft for no apparent reason.
    7. Being insta-gibbed by burning, falling debris, especially in a tank or aircraft.
    8. Shield doors. As an attacker, they're just outright annoying if for any reason you must go near them. As a defender, they encourage your teammates to hide behind them like idiots, racking up on free kills while the base is captured by a rag tag group.
    9. ESF "aim correction" or whatever you want to call it. I want my projectiles to go where my crosshair is. Not under it, not above it, not even to the left or right of it (cough*tanks*cough). This tends to make aiming the rotary guns and breaker missiles incredibly frustrating.
    10. Mana AV Turrets. Steerable rockets? Check. Absurd range? Check. Infinite ammo? Check. There are enough AV weapons as is, and these just feel completely unnecessary and are an extreme annoyance, especially given the massive amount of damage they dish out and the fact that their projectiles often don't render.
    11. Teammates who always take the direct route into bases and obviously haven't the slightest clue of how to flank the enemy or even what it means to flank.
    12. Teammates who constantly drive/run away as you repair/heal them. "Fine, idiot. You don't want me to get you back in tip top shape? Go out there and die, then."
  16. Scorch Draken

    1. running into hackers.
    2. not having the NC on Waterson listen to requests for assistance on command channel
    3. people begging for nerfs in the forums
  17. Aisar

    1. Having to put up with dumb, arrogant, bad players.
    2. Proximity Mines

I just unlocked proximity mines myself and got an eight kill streak with them within about four minutes, people can't see the things, much like I never used to. You train yourself eventually though, I rarely hit them now.
  18. K3STR3L

My only real gripe with this game is the spawn roofs at the amp stations. As a max trying to keep the air above them clear it is a pain in the posterior when trying to get of off them especially under heavy fire. It is like SOE didn't even consider you might need to jump down to avoid incoming rounds. Most bases that have the similar spawn rooms have a gap in-between the roof so you can at least get down to avoid incoming fire.
  19. CursoryRaptor

    1. The lack of SOE feedback from anything other than tech support tickets. It feels the forum, bug reports, and /report function are only for blowing off steam and if anything gets fixed/introduced to the game, it had nothing to do with your bug report/post. It was only coincidence.

    2. Making in-game chat hard to understand for the sake of making it sound like you're talking to each other over a POS WWII-era radio.

    3. Poor sportsmanship.
  20. Kayato

    1) Most player's in the game
    2)Most Player's on the forum
3)Frienldy INF who never hack anything (just like when is hiding behind a enemy turret)
4)No medics, ENG, or AA unit
5)Team switcher: people who make a second character in the same server only for TK, destroy sunderer, etc.... to help is primary empire.
    6)Invsibile mines
7)Locked missile auto-fail with no reason
    9)the number 8
