what about the rocklet rifle ?

    first it was on hold then in the closet and now it's in the 9/7 update description
    in the game you can go in the LA tool slot, but can't equip it or see it

    It's been confirmed to be a typo.

    Wrel did post about it several times on reddit but its shelved for now.

    The weapon isn't what they want it to be and I'm guessing it'll be a good long while before it is (if ever). It's inclusion in the notes was indeed a typo, as stated above.
