went NC to VS for a day...wow

You have damage, giving you more accurate weapons I fear will cause major balance issues. A lot of NC on miller kill me quick from range as it is. I find this thread a little ironic: a load of NC empire hopping to the most OP empire because you don't have all the best weapons again. I guess the vast majority of NC in ps1 was just players that couldn't play without having all the good ****. guess hardmode was a tad too much but to easy mode it is then.

your playing the underdogs empire, you can't seriously expect to have superior weapons all the time. The only time I played NC was on soltech when miller was ******. I personally had no problems with your weapons just need to learn how to use them and your golden.

I actually respect the faithful NC players for sticking to their guns and being loyal to their empire even if they were a bunch of OP smurfs in PS1 at least they have to dedication to adjust to less powerful gear.

Cert reset on one character maybe yes! Cert crossed to another empire/character No way! The only thing that SoE should consider is your spent SC but even then they don't have to and would be within their rights to say no.

You won't get to transfer your certs, but you will get any SC purchases eventually moved over to any alts you make!

Who cares when they have terrible recoil, slow rof, and terrible cof. I always feel like a god whenever I play on my VS character, whereas my NC character requires so much more effort for me to do well.

I'd have left NC already if I could transfer my certs. What I can do on my Vanu and TR alts in terms of hip fire and bum rushing objectives makes me regret playing NC on request of my friends. On my NC account, I frequently feel as though I am punished for playing aggressive, for trying to move up. Their default infantry weapons all seem to favor sitting back and trying to pick people off.

So, how do you take out rooms of people as VS? Last time I checked their magazines were rather limited in ammo, which means you had to reload, which means that the room of people weren't even shooting at you.

Tried VS once... did like 20 kills in 5mn and died once.
THAT is never going to happen when I play NC lol
Also why I don't switch to VS... I enjoy my games with a little challenge.

As much as I think some things need to be tweaked for the NC (mainly warpgate placement) I won't leave them just to use another faction that's more OP. If you really can't deal with a few disadvantages please leave. I'll take any scrub willing to learn to play better than some halfwit who jumps to every OP faction.

I just left the Helios server and for the 5th or 6th night in a row, the VS OWNED (by percentage of players on each continent) all three continents. It happens every night. EVERY night. The only one close when I just left was Indar in which they had 36% to 32% and 28% for the other two factions. The other two continents were both 20% plus advantages for VS. And on the Helios server it happens every single night in the main game time for the central and western US.

I've never played another faction but it is clear that the VS has something going on when night after night the server is so badly balanced as to make playing the other factions frustrating to the point of "the hell with this..." I sure hope they make some fundamental changes to make it more probable that people will join the other factions...

I play medic as NC, Loving the NS-11A. although its an all faction weapon =0.

I play VS on Connery,we are the underdog on that server.If NC would like to switch places with VS as the underdog(which a lot of people on here are claiming them to be) then I'll gladly switch sides..

IM usually not one to complain but for the love of God stop switching out people! I play on the Jaegar server we are barely scraping by. I love the NC i love the NC guys who stick with us the faction amount is ridiculous. The NC only takes continents at night. You'll be lucky if you get out of the warpgate in an ATV ( actually did that today with a buddy we hacked Eisa tech plants AA and started shooting down the infinite stream of VS headed to the WG). The NC rarely gets as far as Eisa tech plant. Which is partly because (I think) its trapped between the VS and the TR warpgates. No body gets much farther than visual range of Northern weigh station and god help them if they get to haven. I dont know much about the VS or the TR, I strictly play as NC and try to adapt and overcome any obstacles in front of me. However i can't help if people are fleeing our ranks because of OP weapons (I stay in my tank I usually dont have a problem with small arms fire).

I actually despise that weapon due to the fact everyone has one... So I cant tell if its a VS, TR or jus some bored NC soldier shooting at the ceiling.

NC community is a joke as a rule. that's why people leave. it has nothing to do with guns being this or that.
Not being able to transfer your certs is bad enough, specially with how long it takes. But the ability to delete your char an make a new char on same server should be possible as a matter of coarse.Your dealing peoples cash an spending a great deal of it on "virtual items that make this company alot of money. Forcing you to only stay with one char for life of game will not work because people will get sick of it. I know there isnt a snowballs chance in hell of me spending another 250$ on this game.

Please elaborate... What class are you playing? What weapons did you actually use? Did you actually make comparisons between different things or did you just flat out play VS all day? There is so much that hasn't been really explained in your post.

All you really said is that you played VS for a day and you did a better job with literally no details about what exactly is different for you. Am I or anyone else supposed to be convinced about your comments of imbalance with such little detail?

How can you sit there and tell people how good or bad VS guns are or talk about faction balance without actually making fair examinations or tests. How the VS "feels" when you play it could be the result of many factors that may have nothing to do with balance.

Yeah, because compensating for bullet drop is succcccccccch a big issue. I'd prefer to have bullet drop if it meant more damage.

As for the tanks, you guys choose to ignore superior technology whilst we embraced it

I've done the same thing... My TR guy is so easy to play infantry I will run a 5-10 k/d as infantry. My VS I started I meant to play infantry but I died 3 times because of the random drop at the start of a character then I grabbed a Magrider and got 155 kills in a row without dieing. It was amazing I got into about 5 tank fights and that was it. The rest was just infantry they couldn't do crap to me. Not a single spawn door was camped!

The ONLY thing I didn't like about the VS and TR was their starter sniper rifles. They seem to do fine with them but I just like the bolt action. Maybe because I'm use to the bolt driver in PS1. I know they can atleast upgrade to the bolt actions but still. If I could upgrade to a T9 of some sorts I would be so happy.

It would be amazing if i could grind on my TR guy and spend it on my NC guy.

I bought everything I wanted except for LA an medic. cos I dont play either.
