When I ADS my sight keeps lowering and raising over and over again I tried changing mouse and keyboards, and reinstalling the game. Nothing seems to work.
Are you absolutely sure it's not a faulty mouse? There's no pattern to how often your ADS flips so it really looks like a faulty mechanical switch on your mouse. Also, try another USB port. If you use a USB hub skip it.
Washing hands prevents getting dirt under your RMB so it can pressed down correct. Try to run the vacuum cleaner in a soft mode.
It was the USB port, I have had problems with this Mobo in the past but never with the USB slots. That would explain why multiple mice did the same thing.
Somebody probably tried to charge a banana using that port. Probably inserted it the wrong way around. Glad to have helped.
I've had the very same issue (that I had resolved the very same way), but PS2 was the only game that gave me this grief on the very same port and mouse. Figures.
