Having unlocked the NS-11C recently for my primary character on the same server, has not allowed the unlock to open up for my secondary character? Yet previous weapons I've unlocked are available for both.
I used certs for all weapon unlocks. I understand that certs do not unlock for secondary characters on separate servers. I've a primary and secondary on the same server.
If you used certs its for that character only, and will not unlock acros mulitple characters, server makes no difference. If you did have certs unlock something for multiple characters, you benifited from an bug of some sort.
It doesn't matter if both characters are on the same server, cert unlocks are restricted to the character you unlocked the item on.
SAME FACTION! same SERVER that is why they benefit both characters. And only weapons are accessible, class unlocks do not, the only one that hasn't been accessible to both once unlocked is the NC-11S. An if it's a bug.. I've no idea where or what from.
