Had it right when this game went live. Now every time I start doing well a noob on the opposite faction just logs on a character in my faction and kills me. I report them for harrassment but the problem would be solved with a server that only allowed one character..no switching factions allowed. Another thing, if people want to join this server they should be able to transfer their certs and xp to it. Most didn't ask for this change and it just leads to cheating by those who lack skills.
I believe it was removed because it didn't work, as the game is F2P and anyone who is really set on grief will make another account to be rude and obnoxious.
What stops me from creating another SOE account and killing you with that? Nothing really. I also highly doubt that everyone on the opposite faction has it out to grief you.
