So I just got the golden PDW on Miller for getting 800 contribution points, was pretty happy because I haven't been trying to farm the points or anything, then Miller crashed and after I logged back in the PDW was gone and after earning the points again I got 3x1hours exp boosts. Sad face.
Try to open a ticket and include the day and time (be as exact as possible) that you got the SMG. Not saying it'll work, but it's probably your best shot.
A critical error of the reward system made you winning the PDW. Once the system noticed this, it let the server crash and reset your WDS points.
