Im fairly new to this game, but ive been playing it enough to understand it... Im looking for an outfit because playing alone gets boring at times. If any outfits need another solider on their front lines, hit me up. thanks
tons of great Vanu outfits to choose from. The bigger ones VDRS and VHOT have lots of members of all playstyles and you'd be sure to find a spot. There will always be people on their Teamspeaks day or night I Imagine. some smaller medium ones like members of the VA (Vanu Alliance) that being Xen of Onslaught, Sentinels, Quantum Dawn and Warrior Nation. All of them focus on smaller tactical fights but still fun. Xen, WN, and Sents all have extensive manuals on how to play the game from the Vanu Perspective. the outfits from Jegar (Wr8th, Black Jack, BOG) all seem like really good guys and good with strat and organized play. They all have really good 'fast strike' capabilities in the air and on ground and can seemingly appear out of nowhere to turn a fight, I've seen it first hand. Tons of others I haven't even mentioned. The Vanu here are a pretty close bunch, we mostly get along and try to organize when possible. In the end, any one you choose you really can't go wrong. If I were you, i'd shop around the different Teamspeaks (TS is usually a required with most outfits) Most outfits let you try before you buy, and spend a night in all of them till you find one that fits. I need to find one for my VS alt too, I was in BOG from Jaeger, but I just ended up leaving because I never did anything with them. not trying to hijack your thread, just asking since it makes more sense rather than me making my own thread under the same name, which VS outfits are there that try to be inbetween of serious, and casual? because that's what I'm looking for. Play to win, but not griefing their own warpgates. etc
Times are tough for Vanu... we're underpopped and we'll take the help from the Devil Himself if he had a positive K/D ratio
People need to learn to drop their prejiduces, If TE was on Waterson then it would be a different story, But it's not even the same server. IMO it's pretty foolish to turn someone away who's not even on the same server, just because you don't like their outfit, because one of their members hurt your feelings on the internet. Besides, Mattherson TE is my main, but my "loyalty" lies with which character I am logged on to. Maybe this is why Waterson VS is so small, because of elitism.
His post was supposed to be semi sarcastic. However the Vanu Alliance outfits are semi selective of who they accept. Because of that selectiveness those outfits are able to hold off a platoon with a squad without too much trouble. Then you have the zergfits who act like they are amazing because no one can stand up against them when they roll in with a couple platoons worth of armor. I'll take elitism any day.
