VS Phaseshift Powershot is garbage after nerf? It used to be good but it seems to have been significantly nerfed. It shouldn't have that much vertical recoil on Powershot or do more damage. It's way easier to get kills without Powershot as you have way more shots than the 1-2 shot of the Powershot then waiting 5 seconds to shoot again as it overheated.
