shout back! NNG doesn't hold any standard for player skill. I will boast and say we have a large majority of the top 100 players for our server in NNG. I for one am always happy to help a new player out.
As what Disco said, if you're willing to follow the platoon leaders orders you are welcome to join us, we have many players with a wealth of info to share on the game and new players can always count on someone to help them out to learn the game.

Those that are looking for a squad that has good communications with objectives NNG is a good place to look at. I ran last night with NNG CO's for multiple captures and defends. I even had the honor to run as a squad boss under one of the NNG CO's. As most know this is not a common thing to happen in open recruitment platoons. Working with there CO as a squad boss let me see a little more of their outfit. Although a high brass CO came on put a quick stop to it. And at first was a bit harsh on the intro to have me removed because I was a "pub-er" I complete understand his request and was happy to give it up the squad boss position. My current outfit has gone inactive. And NNG is looking good. I even friend-ed two of the CO's to run with them again. Also yes we would rather have an outfit officer running our squads than a pub player, since they will get their orders directly from the platoon leader on Teamspeak, and we all carry spawn beacons which we try to deploy every chance we get.
