Hello and welcome to my thread to all of you who may be looking to join an Outfit. First off let me say that the point of this Outfit is to be fun and hassle free. Are you tired of just fighting endless battles and being bossed around? In this Outfit we will be making choices as a team and nobody will be bossed around, but at the same time will be taking it serious enough to accomplish objectives. My goal with this team is to organize a group of highly skilled members to stealthfully assist in fights and to take objectives and take out enemies without being detected. Rather than just running into to battle we will tactically take points and as a smaller outfit use teamwork to reach our goals. Once we get a full squad of players I will work on a second squad that will also assist in battle. Some quick things you might want to ask yourself before trying to join are... -Can you make good choices? Since we will be working as a team you will need to be able to agree with the rest of us and help with your input. -Can you get along with other players easily and have good chemistry? Since we will be running in a smaller more tactical group teamwork is key and must be very high for this group to be successful. -Can you understand your role in the group? Everybody I accept into the Outfit will have a specific job on the team. Once our missions/objectives are done you are free to do as you please as you are not required to constantly be on call. Those are just a few for now as I will discuss more with you if you are interested.
