I hate it, worst semi-auto ever. You have to stand absolutely still or the COF is huge, the ROF is painfully slow, you can't spam multiple shots in a row because the bloom reset is too long, and the velocity is low as well. In general, I can make bad guns work after cycling 500 kills through them.
fun clip! i feel the same way about the spectre, basically needs HS to be effective, might as well use a BASR. really, my best luck with the spectre is as a slug-shotgun.
