If your story is a real one, and that you didn't forget to mention any fact... Well, why would you even still bother with those guys ? Stop loosing your time. Make new friends in a cooler outfit.

Sometimes having a smaller outfit can be better than in a huge one... you actually get to know the members and start working as a group without HAVING to use comms all that often. I'd say just move on and join a different outfit that you mesh well with. You'll have more fun. Just let it go and be done with it. And TKing them REALLY didn't help your cause of getting back in.

Quantity is definitly not quality.
Again, IF all you said is the pure truth, if you didn't miss any of your own acts when telling your story here... Communities with poor management, poor communication, lack of politness are a loss of time.
